What a horrible experience! I went inside and waited over 20 minutes before even being acknowledged by someone who said they would be right with me. Before then, several employees approached the register I was standing in front of, but made no eye contact with me. They were busy talking on their cell phones and laughing with one another. Although there were some cars in the drive-thru, I was the only person in the dining room aside from a woman who had already ordered & was waiting to be served. During my long wait, a total of 5 patrons entered & then left after witnessing the lack of urgency being displayed by the employees. As my wait time approached the 30-minute mark, I decided to follow those other patrons and walk out as well, leaving that woman who had already ordered behind. I’ve been to busy restaurants before but typically get recognized by a staff member to let me know they see me and more often than not, apologize for the long wait. We’ve had poor service from this store in the past, but today’s encounter was unacceptable and represents my final visit to this KFC. I can’t imagine ownership is aware of how this store is being so poorly managed but then again, with so many negative reviews on Google, you have to wonder how they wouldn’t. In the end, I drove over to Chicken Rico right around the corner (which is where I should’ve visited initially) and had a much healthier meal with far superior customer service. This place is a joke.

Went through the drive-through. Paid $56 for a 16 piece meal and cake. Didn’t get my cake. No thighs, 1 breast and the rest were legs and wings. FF containers were half full. Had to wait 15 minutes for my order. NEVER AGAIN

This was a great drive through experience. The interaction was a clear undistorted voice that was professional and concise. Easy access and smooth flowing. It was a pleasure to visit. Clean atmosphere. Will definitely go out of my way to visit again. 5 stars good job everyone.

Still do not appear to have their act together. I ordered on the app. I arrived 20 minutes later at 8: 18p to pick up my order that was to be ready at 8:16 according to the app. Upon arrival the store was locked down. I attempt at the drive-thru and they assured me that they were still open. But I would have to cancel my order. No reason was offered. I insisted that if they were still open that my order still stood. I had ordered the sandwich combo with Coke side and nuggets. Once the order was passed me it was incomplete. It took me two attempts.

They didn’t have fries so they told me, saying someone forgot to order them. This lady orders the same food I said did they say no fries she said NO. I said your kidding me??? She got fries I didn’t???? I should have just got my money back. The place was dirty ! Service was awful and food sucked. My last visit for sure, close the dump up.

This place is the worst kfc in the states of Maryland, they don’t have Pepsi, orange soda. They can’t refund unless you have a manager in place and the manager is never here. I went 2 day to get my refund in a row and they said no manager. They said we have spicy chicken then when I asked before they hand me my order they said we don’t do spicy. Don’t go there, kfc is better than Popeyes but this kfc is a really bad one.

This place deserves a zero star. Needs to close down hire new staff. Went inside was not approach by a staff member. I stood there almost 10 minutes before as an employee came over. And said to me you here to order I said yes so he called someone to take my order. Almost 20 min waiting on the food, I got aggravated I said, can I please get a refund so a lady walked over and she said has the food been started yet someone said no, the food was never started, mind you altogether 30 mins. All I ordered was two wraps that’s it why does it take 30 minutes or more to give someone two wraps. I will never come back to this KFC ever again.
