Possibly one of the worst KFC’s. It’s 8:45 PM and they have closed the lobby. The sign says 9 PM. You never get a high or thank you at this location. The staff is so rude. I’m not sure if they’re doing the recruitment at the local correction facility but it is totally unacceptable. There’s four cars in the drive-through and it takes them a good 25 minutes. If the owners could just go across the street and look at how Chick-fil-A is run and take some pointers. Every time I come chicken pot pie is sold out. Also, it is only 9 o’clock and they’re also out of chicken tenders.

Inside was not open to the public. You had to go through the drive through that wasn’t moving for almost 30 minutes with no explanation. While waiting for the drive through the manager and an associate came outside and stood at the door. It was a disgrace to have listened to her (the manager) and the male associate argue and curse about the male associate’s performance. She literally had no regard for me and the other customers waiting in the drive through line. I can say so because they both were screaming at each other probably at the top of their voices. It was very shameful and unprofessional especially for a manager who suppose to lead as an example to be followed. She definitely needs more training. If there was somewhere to get coleslaw that taste like theirs I wouldn’t have subjected myself to this behavior and service.

Ordered a breast and wing meal and as you can see, the wing is no bigger than my thumb. Unacceptable for what they charge for a meal. What a shame that a restaurant would think this is acceptable to serve a customer who keeps them in business. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is the young man that took the drive thru order was very nice and professional.

Very pleasant ladies working in the drive thru. They had very good drive thru etiquette. I hope KFC can manage to keep these pleasant ladies working there. It made the experience of ordering my food a little better. Food overall was okay especially the nee nuggets they have now.

Ordered an 8 piece bucket. Out of cole slaw so I got corn. Out of chocolate cake so I got lemon. Get home the bucket had 6 overcooked legs and 1 thigh ????????? Where’s the breasts ?? Wings ?? They suck and won’t answer their phone. Manager is a coward
