This location have really declined, I ordered 8 piece chicken that was old a greasy 8 strips only got 6 called and told them about it whomever answered told me if I came back that same day I’d get 6 strips got ther get the box there was only 2 I don’t live around the corner if I’d known I was only getting 2 I’d never came all the way back for 2 strips. $30 wasted.

There is always a issue at this location, between not having certain food during peak hours to the service being poor. Today I order a simple meal and the employee took at least 15mins to come to the mic. It took him 4 times to get my order right. Then I went to pay and he acted as if I was bothering him as he was holding a personal conversation with another team member. The gold teeth and no hair net wasn’t fitting for the job. Once I got home the food was cold and the biscuit was hard as a board. This is the last I’ll be going to this location.

We made a large order at 8:01pm including chicken, sides, pot pies, etc. When we ordered, they made it clear that it would 22 minutes for some of the food. An hour and 20 minutes later, they delivered the “order” missing half of it and the part that was there was mostly wrong. When we pointed out the errors, the answer was extra chicken, not the right chicken. Admittedly they tried, but it’s hard to be happy about the mishandled order, the wait and the excuses.

So I purchased 2 large meals not that hard right, so first they give me a medium cup so I’m like just come on as long as the food correct I’m ok I get home I have a small fry I ask for no pickles I have pickles and my chicken not cooked in the middle still cold, customers service was pretty good but taking orders and making the food need a serious upgrade and I’m definitely not going to kfc again smh

I haven’t had KFC in a while and happened to be in the area and tried this one. I had the new nuggets they were okay hot and fresh only because we had to wait for them for 10 minutes, the fries and chicken sandwich was cold. This store is still closed dine in because of COVID, which is ridiculous!!

I have no clue why I try with KFC. Every location is the same. I waited 25 minutes in the drive through with 4 other people, they say the chicken was in the fryer but why is my food cold. To top it off the order was wrong and when it was mentioned the employee had an attitude and rude mouth. I just drove off. Money is not important enough to argue. So everytime I think of going to any KFC I will read this review

I’ve been in the line long enough, might as well leave a review. Went inside first only to hear lots of swearing and personal conversation, I was finally greeted as a Steelers fan and told i have to go to the drive thru if I want to eat (very rude) now I’ve been in the drive thru for 23 minutes just placed my order and I did however like my interaction with the person taking my order, she was cool enough to keep me coming back, now let’s see how the food tastes. Part 2 only if the food is horrible, if edible I have nothing else to say. Lastly, the guy cashier was nice young man but clueless just trying to get the job done
