The chicken they served had burnt skin. The meat was flavorless. The coleslaw was dry. Even fast food needs to have some quality control. If you burn a chicken, do not serve it to customers. My biggest regret was paying in cash because I can’t get my money back.

Maybe I am just unaccustomed to KFC’s food, or maybe it was cross-contamination. Had a spicy chicken sandwich there around noon yesterday. 24 hours later, I am still having greasy diarrhea. The food was tasty enough, but slathered in something oily. Perhaps that was the “spicy” part.

The absolute worst and disgusting service I’ve ever had in my life at this KFC! I’ll never come back here again! First, they sold me a chicken pot pie with ligaments, joints, bones, and nasty white cartilage. My mom couldn’t eat it so she threw it out. I went to the KFC to try to get my money back. The lady refused to gove me a refund, told me I needed the receipt and to bring the chicken pot pie back to this KFC to prove it to her. She was abrupt, rude, argumentative, and provided the most wretched customer service I’ve ever had in my life at any fast food establishment. I contacted my bank to get the refund, but this KFC has lost my business. Plus, the lady walked away from me to help other customers. Also, the phone line was busy so that’s why I drove there to try to get a refund for that awful food. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow about this. I didn’t appreciate this especially on my birthday today.

Hours are clearly marked on Friday, open until 11pm. I pulled up to the drive thru at 950pm and no one helped. I drove around to the window and a young woman was standing there. I asked why no one was answering the drive thru and told her there were 3 cars behind me and she said, “We’re closed” and walked away.

I have read negative reviews about this KFC on West St. in Annapolis. I have never eaten at this one, and have not actually had KFC in years. It was a hot day in the 90’s. I was going to go to the Amish market, but there is no sit down eating in AC. So I was jones’n for some fried yard bird, so I say what the hell lets give KFC a shot. There was nobody in the restaurant, but drive thru was pretty busy. Only 2 people working, and nobody manning the register. After about 10 minutes, very pleasant girl came out and took my order. I have had KFC at other locations that was way worse. The chicken pieces were better quality then other places. Sides were good, and the biscuit had to be the best fast food biscuit I have ever had,..light, flakey and moist inside. I would have given 5 stars,…but mac&cheese did not have alot of flavor. Overall the meal was better then I expected.
