When I pulled up to drive thru I was informed their ‘screen’ was down and it would be 5-10 minutes before I could make an order. I said okay and waited. Ten minutes later I ordered 3 piece dark. I was told it would have to be crispy. I said I wanted original. I was told they would have to drop it so it would be another 30 minutes. This is not the first time they would not take my order. I am never going back.

Ashley was the most rude person at the drive thru we had the manager refund our order rather than eating here. Should try harder to hire quality customer service employees if you want to have any customers. That did clarify why there was not a wait on a Friday night. Garland Groh location in Hagerstown Maryland. We will NEVER go here again and recommendations no one else do so. The manager and other employee were kind and professional. We commend you for your great job. Ashley yelled I don’t care as we pulled away. Hopefully someone eats the food she most likely spit in.

The food was awesome. We get the nuggets(they are delicious), fries (love them, I love them more than the nuggets lol), and mac & cheese(which is a hit for our 13 year old). The large fries are huge(which is great). The staff is friendly.

Those people are some rude people. We understand you’re short staffed, but for an employee to working in the back to go out of her way to be sarcastic and rude by pointing at a sign saying they are short staffed and smile like you’re funny isn’t good customer service.

What are you doing to make your employees so angry and disgruntled? Even for fast food standards…it’s crazy how unpleasant it is every time I’ve been here. From glaringly old chicken, to missing items – I just felt fortunate that the girl at the window didn’t spit at me for the transgression of ordering at her KFC.

I ordered a chicken sandwich for my toddler and received a thigh with a bone sticking out. Highly unsafe and could have easily caused her to choke and die. Called multiple times to the establishment with no luck. I would stay far away from this place if you care about your well-being. CHECK YOUR FOOD!

I really like KFC but this place is turning me away. Place looked fairly clean. Staff worried about drive-thru instead of the customers in line at the counter. Sounded like there was some repremanding going on between the employees and supervisor. That needs to be taken back to the office instead of kitchen when everyone can hear. The nuggets were good but not worth it.
