Ordered online to pick up at 920 as I was pulling in at 918 they were locking the doors I got out and knocked in the door. I could see my food sitting there and the manger could’ve brought it to me but he motioned to go to the drive thru. He was too busy standing there talking to 2 ladies in there. I sat in the drive thru for at least 10 mins while the car in front of me waited for their food. My pick up was at 9:20 and I didn’t leave there till 9:39. Absolutely ridiculous. Definitely needs better management!!!!

This place is so unorganized with everything the people that work here are slow to serve you and they don’t even open up on time. I hope the owners pay attention to the reviews being left as well as any managers that haven’t noticed the lack of service. Currently sitting in the driveway its already 11:10a.m. but supposedly they open at 11a.m. when your on your lunch break and have to be back at a certain time this type of service is distasteful.

Absolutely the worst KFC I’ve ever visited. The food was horrible. I wouldn’t even give it to my dogs. I threw it in the trash. Otw to Charlotte from Virginia I stopped for lunch and was angry by the time I passed China Grove on 85 South. The drive thru attendant never showed manners it was always “say what” or “huh”. Huh? What kind of service is that for paying customers?

I was the only one on line waiting for someone to come and take my order (6-7 minutes) finally a staff member told who i guess was the manager that i was waiting. She said “alright… I’m coming” and took her time. Anyways finally she took my order and i received the wrong order. I didn’t say anything and just took it . I didn’t want to make a big deal and make things worse.
