Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and received a 2buns, a dab of lettuce, maybe 1 ounce of spicy mayo, and 2 cold chicken tenders. I have had Kfcs chicken sandwich before at other locations and they have never given me 2 cold chicken tenders and called it a “sandwich”.

Made my order and cashed out. Was approached by an employee about 5 minutes later and was informed that it would be 15 minutes on biscuits because they were out. This is one of the main reasons why I chose KFC instead of one of the other restaurants at the Chesapeake house. After I was informed of this I cancelled my order and received a refund. I placed my order at another restaurant instead where I received exactly what I wanted in a timely manner.
