A middle aged man who is wearing grey shirt is a manager here, he is not native speaker but talking loudly on some other languages on phone which is very rude, annoying and wired, he does not know and want to know how to offer customers the best experience with respect but act with a lot of ego and poor cultivation, also the food here is not fresh, all the chicken and burgers use second cooked meat, KFC should replace this manager with another Native American manager, this manager perhaps comes from Pakistan or other countries because he has dark brown skin color, he definitely does not know very well about American culture and how Americans should behave like, I strongly think that the restaurant as KFC which is a 100% local Americans fast food should offer the customers the 100% local Americans style services and experiences but not some wired styles from other countries

Been to this location 4 times and the chicken has been great every time. Most recently got the 8 pc bucket, half crispy half original half breast half thighs. Throughly enjoyed—imo original kfc is better flavor than Popeyes, don’t @ me

Service was fast, and the food was good. I was actually caught off guard after not eating KFC for 2 years. I enjoyed it. The surrounding area was not great at the time I went. I suggest you keep your head on the swivel. (A lot of stragglers)

Food is…adequate if not particularly good. Service is terrible and and they’ll mark your order as ready, then when you get there they tell you it’s going to be another 15 minutes and to “come back later”

They will not sell chicken tenders as an entrée. You’re forced to purchase a complete meal. For those who do not want a soft drink or bread or potatoes you’re screwed. I left they don’t need my business.

I’ve been here a few times over the past few years. Some food has been decent but cannot say the most recent experience has been anything over disappointing. Ordered a spicy famous bowl to find majority of the “chicken” was meatless, crunchy, burnt pieces. The fries tasted like they were reheated from the day prior, and the wings were cold. I’ve had better food from this establishment but can say confidently that the food is not consistent.

Went here twice to get dinner. First time the counter lady said dining room was closed, only pickup. 2nd time (many days later) restaurant was open but ENTRANCE WAS LOCKED at about 6pm, even though the posted hours said they close at 10pm. AND there were employees working inside! Who owns this store?? If this is now standard for KFC I’ll go elsewhere from now on. The government caused pandemic is over, lets move on America.
