Let me start by saying I don’t eat fast food. But the tiny adults in my house do. This is the first time we have gone to this location. Nuggets were actually not that bad. The staff, however, we so amazing. So friendly and well organized. Was an awesome experience that felt genuine.

On July 22, 2023 we visited Kentucky fried chicken to get two 12 piece buckets and two large coleslaw. We were told that you could no longer buy just chicken so they charged us for 2-12 piece meals and they charged us for the coleslaw. You would think they would’ve not charged us for the coleslaw since we paid for meals which were 25.99 each. After it was all said and done it was nearly $70 for 24 pieces of chicken and two large coleslaw‘s. I have no idea why you cannot just buy chicken and you have to buy the meals. I doubt I’ll be back and I think it’s poor customer service that you can’t just buy chicken I know in the past I have bought just buckets of chicken.

Mobile ordered a 16pc meal and a 10 pc nugget. I arrived 5 minutes before the pickup time. 30 minutes later my food was ready. They assured me all the sides and nuggets where there. I get home and instead of nuggets I have chicken sandwichs. My 3 y/o doesn’t want chicken sandwiches, she wants nuggets. Luckily there is a McDonald’s a lot closer than this KFC.

The owner and employees need to trained again or paid more bc they don’t care about the customers time at all. I had a DoorDash order that took 90 min and they ended up canceling it because no dasher wanted to wait for them to complete the order. Food is good but service is like a 1 out of 10.

One star is too generous. Why did I have to wait 20 minutes after I ordered to get my food? The person at the window was so rude. She didn’t even apologize for the wait. When I asked why she had this nasty smile on her face and said nothing. I finally got my food without a thank you, sorry for the wait, etc. Awful service!

This KFC has the worst customer service ever. While ordering our dinner we were told they only had corn and green beans . Ok no problem so we ordered famous bowls extra corn instead. Over the speaker the girl says we can’t do bowls, then to someone in the building she says I told them we didn’t have mash potatoes. Ummmm….that’s why we ask for extra corn but we instead cancelled our order because obviously customer service doesn’t matter to their rude employees. I will never return to this location and advise anyone who wants great service to stay away also.

Although the food is good, the entire execution of the day to day operations is horrible. Extremely long wait times, poor food preparation(food on hand ready to be served/filled), and absolutely no coordination what so ever when filling orders! Orders at the counter should be taken and filled by the person taking the order with possibly another assisting. The orders at the drive thru should be filled by the person attending the drive thru, again with a possible assistant. Never should both the drive thru and counter orders be on one screen in a first come first serve basis between the two. One would think they should be severed and treated as two independent stations when filling orders.

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! We just moved here and I walked in here for the first time about 4:20ish pm on July 6th 2023 and was the ONLY customer inside. I stood there a minute and then a Hateful woman walked up from the back to the register and huffed loudly and just stood there looking at me in silence with a ticked off look. She didn’t say anything! I said “hello, do you have chicken livers?” She said “no” in a rude way, and that’s all she said. I said nothing else and walked out. All I wanted to do was get my husband some chicken livers after my very busy day. Now I know why the dining room had zero customers. Why do people have to be so hateful to people they’ve never layed eyes on before. I’ll tell you why….because they don’t have Jesus.

Didn’t have enough chicken on hand. Dining in area doors locked. Paid before pick up. Once came back for food. Doors were locked and was told to get back in the drive thru line to get the order. Once order received, it was someone else’s order. Bad day, but food was great.
