The one star is for its over priced chicken and the big reason, “Stopped the Military Discount program”. For no reason except greediness. No more KFC for my family or friends at this location. I encourage all Military to avoid this location.

Service guy was great, the food was absolute dogshite. Disentigrated Hard shell tacos and soft tacos that had been sitting long enough for the shell to congeal it the wrapper. I would have taken picture if I had thought to do so, before I threw that garbage in the trash and went to the 711 to recieve food of an astonishgly higher caliber. It boggles the mind to think people want more than minimum wage to do this job, but cant even perform the most basic food rotations or keep shells that arent stale in stock. Suffice to say I will never step foot in that building again, sorry to the employees that actually do their jobs, this isnt towards you. To whomever was in charge of food and prep though, you need to be counting beans or something. Y’know, something you might not actually screw up?

This is a combo restaurant and should be avoided . Food was very old . I went inside and heard three other customers ask for food the payed for and did not get , they also didn’t give me part of my order . Food was very old and soggy

On November 3, 2022, the manager on duty around 6:30 pm was very rude and disrespectful. His inappropriate actions bring discredit to your establishment. First, he ignored me asking how much time was left on the timer for the original chicken and secondly he yelled at me from the back where he was fixing the sides. If that was not enough, he stomped off in a childish manner while continuing to speak disrespectfully when I asked why he yelled at me. Regardless of the excuses that he will provide for his behavior, his actions are unacceptable and demonstrate that he is not in the right line of work. He does not have the managerial skills required to work with the public nor did he set the correct example for his subordinates. Not to mention that all of this took place after I had been waiting 20 or more minutes for the 3 drumsticks for one of the orders. The two orders that I placed took a total of 30 or more minutes. I also had to remind the staff that one of the sides was left out of the order. The staff however minus the manager were pleasant.
