Got a 8 piece bucket of chicken and sides for dinner after a 200 mile drive haven’t had KFC in years. It’s much more expensive than it used to be but the chicken is still juicy and delicious. Gravy brings me back to my childhood and biscuits ere warm and a core memory.

I would give 5 stars if the drink station was in better condition. Certain options are not functional and the tea container has its lid open . Flies and God knows what else could be in the tea. Other than that the food is always fresh and the staff ALWAYS nice.

The young lady at the register was very rude. She never greeted and guest and she was acting as if she was upset. She never called anyone order out she just set it upon the counter and never once thanked any guest. Very rude and unacceptable.

On July 08, 20:23, when I went to pick up my online order, they told me that they could not deliver one of my orders and that they could not give me a refund. It was the most rude and disrespectful cashier and manager I have ever seen in my life. They also told me that I should not come to the store again. I have never encountered such rude employees.

The young lady with the red locs is so rude. Completely unwarranted. I was very courteous and did not receive the same during our exchange. The manager had to take over the order. Re-train on customer service. Are they so desperate for employees that they would allow someone like that cost them business? I will not be back.

I’d rate the service and atmosphere 0 stars if I could. I willingly drive to mercury blvd to get KFC even though this one is 2 mins from my house. They have the absolute worst customer service and overall attitude that I’ve ever experienced. I give it a second chance every few months but that ends tonight. They close the drive thru 2 hours before closing and refuse to make any new food. Leaving you with chicken legs and a couple tenders to choose from. The employees are rude. If I didn’t know any better I’d think I’d have accidently gone to a restaurant where they’re paid to be rude to you. It seems like they’re in a rush to get rid of you the entire time they interact with you and then will take their sweet time to do anything. I would never recommend this even to someone I hate. The food is barely warmer than room temperature. This place should honestly hire a completely new staff if they ever want a chance of being a 3 star rating even.

I come from the Richmond, VA area going through Hampton and have stopped there several times to buy the 16-piece bucket. It is the absolute worst KFC I have ever been to! Terrible service as I go there around 11:30 AM and the store is not open. They should fire the employees and close the store. Don’t waste your time going there!
