It was so dirty inside. The chicken was okay, but it was definitely not extra crispy. The sides were cold. It was really disappointing. There are only so many choices by the hospital. I wish the food and cleanliness were up to par with the chain as a whole.

Everyone always seems to have an attitude. My last visit the young lady had given the car in front of me there food. And then proceeded to talk as if there was not another car waiting behind them. She offered no apology and seemed unbothered that I had to wait no thank you or anything. I gave it a try and I can’t go back here anymore. A serious change needs to happen.

Ordered through the drive through. When I got home, the order was totally WRONG. Not even the chicken I’d ordered. I took it back, and they corrected the error, but there was no hint of an apology. It took at least 10 min. for the employee to get by correct change. All in all, a most unsatisfactory experience.

Drive thru order. Told to pull around and they’d bring me the food when ready. Parked directly in front and waited 15 minutes… no food. Went inside and asked what was taking so long. Employee told me I could keep my attitude. No explanation and my order was getting cold on the counter. The order was also entirely wrong. You don’t make someone wait that long, offer no explanation, be rude in return, *and* serve the wrong COLD food. This is the second time we’ve visited this location and the second such experience. Both had indefensible wait times, both times employees were rude, and both times the food given was wrong. Complete lack of customer service and terrible food. Never again. Total failure on all accounts.

Worst $25.00 I’ve ever spent .visit them on 9/8/22 about 1/2 hour before they closed.they were out of chicken..but stated they would cook some if I wanted to wait and get a family bucket,I did the sides were excellent the biscuits were also good but the chicken was the driest I’ve ever seen and it had no taste….Attempted to call the next day but no one would answer the phone call for about an hour on interval’s and still no answer
