You order online and you give them 5 mins more then what the app says and it’s still not ready. The manager just talks constantly if he would shut up the employees might be able to get something done. Just talking personal life stuff. Never have chicken ready always have to wait even when u order online. It isn’t that hard to cook chicken. Popeyes need reg chicken there service is a lot better

If you ever want chicken I’d seriously recommend going ANYWHERE except here!! Every single time I come here they NEVER have chicken ready & they say there’s at least a 20 minute wait, regardless of there’s one person or 10 people in the dining room or drive thru. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but I’m seriously just DONE!!! I’ve tried this restaurant 4 different times on different days & it’s ALWAYS the same. I don’t need chicken that badly!

Absolutely terrible customer service and overall experience. Arrived as a doordash driver and waited 30 minutes for an order that was still never made because they were too focused on drive thru only and leaving everyone in the lobby standing there. The “manager” was hiding his face in the kitchen and would not come out to talk to anyone despite us (me and a separate customer who had been waiting 20 minutes) saying we needed help. Only response we kept getting is “we are trying to get every order out”. Plus this “manager” was degrading his employees while letting the phone ring non stop and even saying “I wish they would stop calling, I’m not going to answer”. Not to mention he told one employee to give a customer original chicken even though the customer wanted extra crispy because he didn’t want to open a new bag to prepare the extra crispy so that customer got the wrong food and wasn’t told either. This location needs some serious help and oversight to get back on track.

1st of all I ordered 3 pot pies they were dried up….we threw that out.. Chicken had definitely been sitting under the light as it was way past the time to write off…the management wouldn’t answer the phone when I called back… someone kept answering and hanging up.. uncalled for…. when I went back next day she was hateful and nasty…..

Place is horrible. No help in front. Everyone at drive thru. I just didn’t understand why noone was at the front cash register. The front is just as important as the drive thru. Kids on their phones. Just running poor KFC like anything. Please go elsewhere . Dont waste your time!!

Ordered a 12 piece meal deal. Had to wait over 30 minutes. Service was slow. Our 12 piece was mainly wings which were overcooked. Corn was one of our sides and it should have been thrown out, never served. This will be our last visit to this kfc. I would give a zero if I could.
