The food was good. Biscuit tasted a little strange, but overall good. The service was sweet. They were smiley and made me feel like I’d want to go back again. My only complaint is the lid for my drink. It kept falling off and made a mess in the car. Don’t skimp on the lids.

Waited in drive through with 4 cars ahead for 20 mins, placed my order, a pot pie and drink, another 10 mins to get to window where they say “it will be a 25 min wait on that pot pie, do you wanna wait?” And when i stated no that i couldnt there was no offer of anything, not even an apology. Terrible service.

I was actually the first customer the morning I went. The food was hot and delicious! The ladies that served me were so kind and friendly! I went thru the drive thru, but I am certain the store is CLEAN inside as well. Been here many times! Great place!!!

Too bad there isn’t a “zero” star button. Attempted to order food from the drive thru. Family pack, 16 pieces. We could barely hear the person taking our order, repeated ourselves numerous times to clarify our order only for it to be repeated wrong every time. Took 3 minutes to finally get it out and they ask if we want to substitute… everything. We agreed to 3 substitutions, thought we were done, got ready for our total and then they hit us with another substitution. 5 minutes…. Finally said forget it and left. Some advice… just start by telling me what you actually have next time.

Girl acted as if it was too early for her. Didn’t give me time to complete my order before giving my total. Did not put slaw in the bag. Did not speak. Charged 3.19 plus tax and wanted me to drive back to Collinsville from Martinsville for the slaw. Smh. Don’t want to sell a two piece chicken leg dinner. Unless it’s a handicap chicken, it has 2 legs.

I came because I love the mashed potato bowls and my husband gets the tenders meals. They didnt even say welcome to kfc at the drive thru. It was we out of gravy, its a 20 minute wait for chicken, a 15 minute wait for tenders, and a 12 minute wait for fries. Then when I finally got my husbands food the tenders were hard and surely not fresh

Watched 3 of the 4 employees touch and handle multiple ready to eat foods without wearing gloves. One person grabed fries and put them in the container with bare hands, another had their thumb in the mac and cheese and coleslaw they packaged up. I said something to the manager, and because of this when I asked for a 2nd honey mustard before leaving I was told I have to get charged for it and get back in line to pay and get sauce. Clearly they dont want people coming back to this location and they will get thier wish.
