Stopped today to try the new nuggets. They are really good, close to the other chicken restaurant in size, but the taste is very KFC. The food was prepared quickly and was hot. This particular location seems to be quicker than most and is worth stopping by if you’re in the area.

Never make reviews but good god it’s sad here. went through the drive thru asked for a second to look and the attitude immediately changed. Only person in line; didn’t take more than maybe a minute to look and was getting snarky comments. The order was rushed, then wrong, then at the window no eye contact. Our server was Tyler.

Took several minutes before I was waited on even though I was the only one in lobby. Even customer behind d me waited several minutes and neither of us were acknowledged. Food took longer than I thought it should. They were making the drive through the priority.

I wish I could give no stars as a review. App purchase 8 pc $10 bucket. The chicken breader was sloughing off and the chicken tasted horribly. no seasoning and did not get what I ordered. I ordered extra crispy and got wet, tasteless original chicken. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Way better than the Williamson rd location but still often have to take food back, buffet hasn’t been opend in 2 years so that’s disappointing. But at least they usually have the chicken ready they need to keep open… unlike alot of roanoke locations.

I placed an order here through doordash for a 5 piece chicken tenders box with mashed potatoes and corn as my sides and a diet soda with 2 extra biscuits. Upon inspection after delivery all seemed well. Received the drink.from the dasher in hand. Then sealed bag with boxes inside. After getting back in my truck and fully opening the bag everything seemed normal. I go for the big box which is where i expected the star of the show the tenders to be located. I pop open the box and upon first glance i see the red top of what im guessing is a side on the right side of the box all the way upto the top of the box on the right side and on the left side is 2 biscuits. And the other box had 2 biscuits as well. Where are my chicken tenders?!! You had one job! Fast food isn’t this complicated!!!

Horrible service, Fiance was talking us to lunch and waited 15 minutes with no line then the cashier proceeded to be very rude and hateful. Will never be returning to this location again. We went to Chedders instead.

Seriously Salem KFC? I understand accidents happen, but did you have to serve it? The top crust barely made it on top, and it was only half filled with the filling and literally one piece of chicken. Of course, didn’t notice this until I’m home, who should have to check the pot pie? Absolute fail.
