This place just needs to shut down and allow Chic-fil-a to come in it’s place! Employees never show up making it continuously short staffed and what help they do have don’t want to do their jobs to their full capacity leading to messed up orders every time! If they are out of something and you order it, instead of informing you that they don’t have it they simply leave it out of your order in hopes that you want notice or you will accept it when they just say “oh yeah, we’re out.” and leave it at that. For example: I ordered a beverage bucket but because they didn’t have a bucket, they expected me to just accept that they had run out of the container to put the tea in. I paid for it, so why would I just accept it without a refund, yet it’s what the manager expected.

Had late lunch here today. I have eaten at this KFC many times before and it’s usually been pretty good food. The “Original” chicken was overly greasey and disappointing today and, since it came off the same warmer sheet pan as the rest of the finished chicken would, there was no use to ask for replacement pieces as they would be the same. However, my wife said her chicken sandwich was pretty good. Not sure what happened with the Original.

Galax VA–Placed an order to pick up through the KFC site. Order placed this morning about 9:30am (before opened) with a pick up time of 11:30am(an hour after opening) Arrived….no customers….so thought order should be correct. It was for a 16 PC bucket and 4 extra breast…….Order ready…drive 15 minutes home…order incorrect….only 1 extra breast (paid about $17 for the breast) I should have checked order, but with no customers, staff standing around…thought they could count!!! 15 minutes drive back…..no problem giving me the 3 missing breast….but was not told sorry and when asked if they could offer anything for my 30minute additional driving and time….was told my guy ” I didn’t do it”….. I left because I had people at home waiting and didn’t want to lose my temper!!

The best Location is the Rocky Mount Virginia 24151 The owner is very nice I think the same owner owns this one They are very nice people If you have problems are you gotta do is ask to speak To the owner They will make sure you have great experience They don’t want you to be not satisfied Hopefully they open up the buffet again That’s my favorite part just be kind and courteous Yes no people don’t want to work this day and time They could be short stuffed And having to do everything Just put yourself in their Before you complain…
