Was told at 8:55pm they were out of chicken and I couldn’t get an 8 piece after I ordered and paid. Tried to get me to take tenders and wings, I told them no. I then spoke to a manager who said it would be a 20 minute wait on an 8piece, which was fine. Ended up waiting 40 minutes after three other parked cars BEHIND me received buckets of chicken! I went inside to see what the problem now was and they were just then starting my order (at 9:20) That must have been their way of getting revenge Don’t take the job if you’re not willing to work while there!

Always takeout…bisquits are good, love the potatoes with gravy…can’t say about chicken because I no longer indulge in it. Husband does he is unhappy with the cost of switching up certain pieces in a bucket…for the cost now it shouldn’t cost more. Accommodate those patrons..if you want to keep them.

Terrible place. I don’t like giving bad reviews. the buffett usually has food thats old and you have to ask for fresh. going through drive through is a nightmare. they’ll tell you to go park and they’ll bring it out to you, but everybody who goes through the drive through is parked. they will park everybody just to keep their time up and sit there for 30 minutes waiting for your food. Last time I went my tacos had absolutely no filling it was a shell with a tad of meat and a tiny sprinkle of lettuce and cheese. I’d advise to go else where.

Been ordering the same item – a deconstructed famous bowl – for my kiddos for 2 years now and it’s never been an issue until today.
