KFC used to be pretty good. We got an 8-piece meal last night. It was the first time in a long time that we’d had KFC. The price was about $30. The chicken had no resemblance of the KFC of the past. It had absolutely no flavor, the size of the chicken pieces were outrageously small, and everything was old and cold.

Amazing service – I asked for a “creamer” Mac in cheese for my special needs family member with autism and they took the one we had that was just a bit lumpy and got fresh from oven. They were very kind and quick. I was very impressed as it may have seemed to them that I was being high maintenance- – but it’s a huge deal to a kid who has to adjust to a non neurotypical world ALL DAY- and the Mac and cheese at KFC one of few things she will eat. They did not ask questions or judge for the request. Way to go.
