I went late to get a chicken sandwich, they had to make it to order, which I was excited for. It turned out really good, the sandwich was nice and the fries were fire. Although it took a little while, the food was great! I got napkins and the sauce I wanted and my drink was filled to the brim

This building is very clean and looks great inside. The only problem is how long we waited for food. We waited 20 mins and then the manager came out and offered us original recipe instead of the crispy that we ordered. When we said no, he said they were just now starting our chicken so it would be a bit longer. We waited another 20 minutes and they brought out the sides we ordered and just half of the chicken. It would be “a little longer for the rest of it”. After eating what we had for the next 15 minutes, we went up and said we didn’t want to wait anymore and they offered us $10 back for the missing chicken. Almost an hour of waiting and all they offered was $10. We never seem to have a good experience at any KFC we go to. It always takes forever, even if we use the app to try to “Skip the Wait”. I think we’ll give up on KFC for a while.

Came here on a Wednesday night around 9:30 to pick up a doordash order. The short black girl rolled her eyes at me and walked away from the counter before I could say anything, and the tall muslim girl hunched her shoulders over and was very rude towards me as well when I informed her that I was looking for an order submitted by Jane Doe. Please train your staff not to walk away and roll their eyes when they see customers, thank you.

I am rating this 5 stars because most of the time people don’t ask on sandwiches if you want mayo and sauces, but they did! So that made me happy, because they didn’t get the order wrong at all. It was a short wait and decent food!

Drove fifteen minutes in traffic to get the food and half the order was missing so I called back about it and had to basically argue with the lady about a receipt and as if I were lying about a chicken breast and two thighs after I had spent $50.25 on a meal… not only that has to drive in traffic fifteen minutes with the food I actually received.. and was greeted by a manager who kindly gave me a breast and two thighs and even a biscuit for my trouble so I was left with half an order that’s cold by now and the rest of my order and a biscuit so an hour and a half later my family has a cold dinner that otherwise would have been awesome.

NEW REVIEW-One year later and it has gotten even worse. Chicken seemed old and warm, ask for sweet tea and it was bitter✋️ (OLD REVIEW)Stop by KFC and timberlake around 9:35 and they told me it was close. When I 1st got to the drive thru they were starting to taken my order. The young lady was cut off and a man came on stating they were now closed. I will not be returning there

I wish kfc management would teach personnel how to put correct orders in your bag. I’ve had the items left off my order and sometimes not even give me a napkin or two. I have a large family so I’m spending at least $50- $60. Even though I should’ve checked but it’s hard to check your bag with it full to the top. The food is not good anymore. I’m never pleased with the service or food.
