This restaurant is very unprofessional. The last two times I was there, my soft drink was flat as water and today the worker handed me my cup, straw, and my card in the same hand. Obviously,. They need training and to pay attention to the quality of their food and beverages. I kept going back hoping for a better experience, but I’m done. I won’t be back.

Ordered food for pick up, was supposed to be ready at 6:56 I got there at 712 was told not ready, waited 30 mins only to get told oh it’s been ready handed a bag sent on my way… food was inedible. Even the dogs rejected it, waste of money, time, and well it’s just a waste. Too bad they employees are not more cognitively aware, I mean the mental gymnastics needed to look and see what is finished and what is still being prepared was just too much, but I do appreciate the reminder of why I never eat at KFC

We were in the drive thru at the Memorial Drive location and I wanted the 12 piece nugget combo and the person working the drive thru says we don’t have anymore nuggets so I ask how long before some will be ready he says he doesn’t know and so the manager who was very Rude! says I don’t know how long it’s going to be are you going to wait and I said you don’t have to be rude He says I’m not rude I said you’re customer service skills is horrible he says I only have one cook please teach Memorial Drive employees how to have good customer service skills and not be rude and hateful
