Rude, poor service and can not get orders right. Will not answer phone when you call to talk to someone about order mess up. They want give you a receipt. When I go to NC KFC and thank them for their great service and tell them I wish we had that kind of service at home, they say, you must be from South Boston. Says a lot about South Boston KFC.

If I could give them a negative 1 star I would. Made in restaurant pick up order @ 12:55 estimated to be ready by 1:17pm. but by 1:22pm still was not ready but in stead when questioned stated that they must have given it out to someone else. NO apologies given and the cashier act as if I was bothering her by asking her to do her job so that I could get back to mines. Very unprofessional short staffed acted if they were irritated by having to do their jobs.

Young Girl behind the counter today was rude, she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed like I was bothering her, so we left. It’s 8 of us that come together on Sundays to eat. So you just lost 8 customers by one rude women! We will go where we feel welcome.
