I went in there today after church and place an order and 3 items that I paid for was left out and I took my receipt in and was told by the manager I would have to pay for them again even though they left them out and was rude and hateful and I asked who I wasn’t able to get it and was told to leave the store and she called the police and said I got hateful and I did after she did first and she said she didn’t care if I paid for it once she didn’t care and I asked for the district manager or franchise office number, and I was refused. She said it was for her to know and me to find out. Amy was the manager this day I called the Logan store and she apologized how I was treated. And she even offered to replace the 3 items.

Was charged for a different order. We had to ask for cups, we ordered combos. When we asked for cups for our drinks they acted like they didn’t know we had ordered combos. And my husband didn’t get the mashed potatoes and gravy that came with the combo. Another couple who came in behind us was shorted a dinner and had to argue to get them to fill it. The service was very poor in the Danville wv store. Will not go back there.
