I ate here a few times when they first opened up, the service and the food was so horrible we haven’t been back untill last week. We saw they had new nuggets, they looked like the Chick FIL A ones. We ordered them and some chicken tenders, everything we ordered was absolutely perfect. We also went through again later on in the week and everything was perfect then too. Everyone at our house loves the new nuggets. So if you had a bad experience before maybe give them another shot like we did.

$30 worth of dry chicken that has obviously set under a heat lamp for hours. The fries and chicken were all dry and tasted old. No wonder KFC is the only restaurant at the plaza that is never busy. Ordered and given food immediately which means it was old and had been sitting there. I wish I could get my $ back but I know I will never go here in the future.

On a long drive, stopped for food. No service. We stood in the lobby listening to a guy and girl chit chat in the back. My husband tried to get their attention. After almost 10 minutes, I leaned over the counter and yelled “excuse me”. Nothing. I went around the side of the counter and yelled again, twice. I could see the guy, but he never looked. Left and went to Taco Bell. Was there at about 8:15pm 1/20. Dear KFC… get better help.

Terrible customer service and slowest service I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. Made all the orders that came in after me when my order was 2 items. The fries were unbelievable dry and not what I ordered just what they decided to put in the box. Employees just talked while there was a line. I would save your time and money and go anywhere else nearby

Food was as it has been for decades….whether good or bad depends on each individual. At least it is predictable. I have always liked KFC, and still go there, but I think it is time for KFC to modernize and respect the planet by getting away with all that plastic.

So overcooked it was dark brown jerky chicken. Go inside so you can ask if the truck ran this week. Biscuit was hard and dry. Worst Sunday chicken I ever had. Great location ?

I picked up 2 of the 2 Piece dinners the chicken was so small the leg look like a baby chicken and the thigh was so small 1 biscuit and mashed potatoes and it was 17 dollars , I will never go to Elkivew kfc again !!!!!
