I had the pot pie, far as the food it was up to standard. They seemed to be short staffed as 1 employee took orders at both the drive thru and dine in plus ran the food to the cars that were asked to pull forward and wait please. Can’t blame K F C with people not wanting to find a job it wears the working staff out.

KFC use to be my favorite. I work close to the Teays Valley location. The speaker did not work for a couple of months and now the food is horrible. It very greasy. I ordered but they failed to tell me that they only had crispy. Their machine was broken. It nice they have made outside renovations but you must fix the inside. The employee had an attitude because I am unable to eat hard fried food. Management needs to take some of these things into consideration. Or maybe the franchise needs to evaluate this store.

I stopped in here about a week ago and was happy to see all of the changes that have been made. Everything from the renovations to the new management are great. I had to wait for my food but didn’t mind because I’m a truck driver who was on my break. But while I was waiting they kept me updated on how much longer before my order was ready.

Very courteous and understanding, genuine people who go above and beyond their job title, sure they might forget something small here and there and if they mess up your order.
