I love KFC so I may be biased. This visit, customer service was good, my order came up quick and the food was good. However, she may have misunderstood me, but two of my pieces were extra crispy, which I didn’t order, but it was still good. The men’s restroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week, though it may have just been a busy day. Still, overall a good experience.

We did enjoy going in to eat, the tables however were not cleaned. Idk if that’s workers not wiping them as often as they should or just messy customers that can’t pick up after themselves? The drink area was a mess because people spilling drinks and leaving it, as well as throwing down their papers from the straws. There were only a couple people in there, so privacy and plenty of space was good. Idk who likes to go into a place that’s over crowded and eat but, that day I wasn’t feeling a crowd, lol. Last but, definitely not least, I bought my other daughter a 3 piece chicken strip meal to take home for her because she was at school on fun day…The 3 chicken strips were tiny! They looked like crumbs from the bottom of the pile of chicken or something. $9 for practically nothing was disappointing!

The chicken was delicious as always and the atmosphere was typical KFC but the service was terribly slow. They weren’t slammed or even busy at all and my order was nothing special or out of the ordinary. It took over 10 minutes to get our food after the order was placed.

Seriously someone local needs to report this place,it’s not ny problem often but I was stuck in town for late dinner and tried them, wasn’t greeted or acknowledged even though team members walked right up to the counter to grab things, request for xtra crispy chicken was given a nice and then asked what the wait is was told 18 mins, then watched team prep food bare handed wiring faces surfaces etc, it only has a 1 star bc you can’t do zero yet

Waited outside in the car for 45 minutes for 2 famous bowls. Absolutely ridiculous. And employees acted surprised and mad when we walked in and asked about our food at the 25 minute mark. Won’t be back.
