I honestly wanted to communicate this to the manager on duty, but I told myself, if these are the conditions with the present, it will be of no use for me to speak about it, because other people have previously left similar comments! but in a few words there is not even 1 degree of hygiene, and the place is neglected. Thank you very much for being so tasty, but on this occasion the staff does not value their work!

Absolutely amazing service!! The food is awesome! We had a large order and they did not disappoint we had every single thing one hundred percent right. The staff at this KFC is the best! They were the most courteous and respectful people I had had interactions with that day. The food was perfect. This is the best KFC in the area!! 10 stars!

Our experience was so bad and unbelievable that I will be sending my story futher up the chain besides just leaving just a local review. Some of it is exactly like the bad reviews left by others, but to refuse to fill an order that your own online menu advertises because “there isn’t a premade button on the register to order the advertised meal” (quoting a MANAGER here) “I dont do internet”, is very unacceptable especially as the store manager. And if course her employees have the same poor, hateful attitude she has. And then when I asked for plates and utensils they balked. I said I have 25 people waiting for food and he brings me 5 little paper trays and 4 forks. I said I need stuff for 25 people. As he went to get more forks a handful fell to the floor and he tried to give me those. Oh no you don’t today, bud. And the topper, well one of many, they absolutely refused to give me butter and honey packets for the biscuits! And the reason?!?? Because I already was given plates (paper trays that literally looks exactly like the small paper trays one piece of fish comes in from LJS) and forks, I could only get one or the other. I said, I just placed a huge order and paid a lot of money for it and I can only have one or the other? “Yep”. I started drafting my letter to corporate in my head right then.

Dropped by the local KFC to try the recent addition to their menu, the Chicken & Donuts sandwich. The donuts were freshly made/glazed and the chicken appeared to be freshly prepared as well. As you’ll see in the pics, the majority of the donut glaze will follow the laws of gravity and settle in the bottom of the box of ordering to go. If you try this item, it’s probably the best idea to eat as soon as practical to do so.

This has to be the WORST fast food establishment I have ever been to. 30 minutes for a popcorn nuggets kids meal and a 3pc tender box!! 30 MINUTES! And it was only myself and one other car in the drivethru. Do not waste your time at the KFC IN Fayetteville!
