Long day stopped in kfc to get dinner … $27.05 later the girl hands me my bag FULL of my food just crammed in there i live 35 minutes away by the time i get home bottom of the box gad busted , tenders all over the plastic bag , gravy sloshed everywhere. I work hard for my money and expect to get more out of 27 dollars. I too work in food and know things can be stressful and tiring but there is no sense in laziness of not even putting the food in the bag properly!!

Overall 4 stars had to wait nearly an hour just to be told theyd have to alter my order. I orderd an 8 piece meal bucket dark meat only they told me id need to wait so i was ok with that but after 45 minutes i walked up to see what was up since several customers came and left after my order was placed. They told me they couldnt give me legs bc theyd all been burned. They had to substitute breasts or i could wait another 25 minutes. They threw in a free cake and had to be reminded to give the sides

I gave them 2 stars just because of chicken was good.We ordered a 16-piece meal, four extra biscuits and a 8-piece chicken so I spend $60 for a family feast and extra. The chicken was good, The biscuits were cold dried out you go to pull one apart it just falls apart like dry it out Play-Doh. Now the sides there’s supposed to be family size right My containers or barely half so how am I supposed to feed my family with two scoops of mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. I will get them applause they know what a container looks like when it’s supposed to be filled because my gravy was plumful too bad we don’t have mashed potatoes for all that gravy. If I ever come back here it will chicken only until they mess that up. I don’t go here often because I used to work at KFC The quality food that they’re serving I can’t believe that My managers that I had back in the day they would flipped there lids if that product was coming out of our store
