Ordered on line on 3/30, asked for plates, they had none, it wasn’t a big deal, my son ran to Walmart. Went to eat no utensils, no butter for biscuits, no sauces with chix strips. This was a meal we were eating in hospital cafeteria because my husband is in ICU and has been since 3/17. Called to speak to manager, she was unavailable, wanted call back number, I said I would hold. They hung up on me! Called back, got manager, her response, “sorry, I didn’t pack that one”. Maybe, I had more important things to worry about and should let it go, but I just needed a nice meal with my kids after 13 stressful days!!!

The place just opened and the dining room is already closed! They are only doing drive through orders. Won’t be frequenting this KFC again! Places of business need to realize they are losing business having their dining rooms closed.

Won’t be back 4pc chicken strips were small and nothing but batter the one side was about 3oz if that. Didnt ask if we wanted sauce they have really downsized their portions 2 meals over 18 dollars just not worth it macaroni cheese tasted terrible don’t waste your money

Ordered online from this place. Husband went to pick it up and they said there was no order there. They told my husband that it was probably at Sabraton. This is the second time I’ve had problems with this store. I’m done with KFC.
