The workers are very nice. But expect at least a 45 min wait for your food even if you order ahead of time. Both times that I have been here it took 45 minutes to get my food. I even ordered ahead of time.

Went to lunch at KFC with mom today and we enjoyed our meal. She had a chicken meal with coleslaw and biscuit and I had the spicy chicken sandwich and fries. Yummy, Thank you from the service at the counter to the cleanliness in the restaurant.

The first time I came here. The chicken and potatoes were good, nice and hot. But the soda taste like water. Went back again and they have no drinks except root beer and water. And the mash potatoes had some dried up stuff on the side The chicken was rubbery. But the Honey BBQ sauce is amazing I love it. KFC is too expensive to be serving food like this.

Well, I gave this place another shot because what can I say? I like chicken! They are still rude and short when ordering through the drive-through, never tell you the total, or say thank you. I asked for mac-n-cheese and got mashed potatoes and the chicken is so tough that it’s had to have been sitting under a heat lamp all day!! I had hoped that maybe the owner would see the reviews and make some changes but nothing has changed. I’m surprised it’s still even open. This will be my last visit!

Rude at the drive-through window, gave me the wrong drinks, I called the store to complain about the rude customer service, and giving me the wrong drinks and then the manager says that I was lying and yelled over me, so I couldn’t even speak and then hung up the phone. I wasn’t trying to get anything for free. Just make a formal complaint. Said she was the manager; What am I gonna do about it. KFC, please find better employees and managers who don’t act miserable and yell at customers on the phone. Fries cold. Should’ve went to Chick-fil-A. was not my pleasure.

Employees are always nice and the food is what you would expect but the wait time is horrible. Ordered online and was told it was ready. When I went in the pick up the order I was told it would be an additional 20 minutes..which ended up being 30 mins. So from the time the order was placed it took 55 minutes for the food to be ready.

Took more than 20 minutes extra for the doordash order I needed to deliver. It was 5 pieces of chicken that took 40 minutes total. It’s all good, doesn’t hurt me too much, but I can’t accept offers from this KFC anymore.

Neither Customer service nor common sense are available at this restaurants location. Ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles and asked if I could get a little KFC slaw on it. Was asked if I wanted a large or small side order of slaw on the side, told her neither just a spoonful on the sandwich. I was informed that she was not allowed to put anything other than mayo and pickles on it. I asked her for the sandwich with no pickles on it then and was told it came with pickles and she couldn’t take them off, so I asked for chicken sandwich with just mayo and was told again if I wanted a chicken sandwich it came with mayo and pickles NO Substitutions. Went to Burger King and got my chicken sandwich with no pickles No Problem.
