This has got to be the best KFC in the area , they are so friendly so fast with your order and on top of that if something is messed up they do not care to remake it like they only want you to leave happy . The manager is so professional and handled a Karen without losing his cool once we loved him . Not to mention the food as always always and I mean always cooked perfectly ! Thanks guys !

Went in to KFC this morning for a SCHEDULED interview @ 1030am. Waited inline behind paying customers when I got to the counter the manager whom was African American took 1 look at me and said I’m not hiring. I feel like I was looked at different because I am a white female with a port-wine stain on my face. I also felt like it was discrimination and feel like this has to be addressed. I will be submitting this to my lawyer for legal action to be taken if not contacted by someone.

The potpies were delicious but fries were cold and the tables were dirty, the seats had food debris all in them where we had to clean our own table and wipe the seats out. That’s what employees get paid to do ,not the customers but I wasn’t too good to do it myself.

Hot day. No food ready. They were pulling every body up to park. I got the 2 for $6 bowl and pot pie. Had to wait about 15 min. The staff was very nice and they gave me a free drink for waiting. That bowl was disgusting. It had no flavor and the little bites of chicken was tough. I couldn’t even eat it. The pie was missing some of the crust. Not eating today. I’m glad I only spent $6.

The attitude you get when placing an order is unbelievable. Face masks required for customers but employees can wear them on their chins or not even have one. Then the chalkboard has profanity written on it. Like come on guys, you can’t see it? Chicken was stale. Fries cold. Why bother returning the food , when they have the attitude.

I came to this location, 2722 S main st high point NC. I came through the drive thur. The manager(Keesha Williams) who was taking my order told me they only had extra crispy chicken and for original chicken it would be a 4 min wait. I told her i had no issue waiting 4 mins. I ordered the 16 pcs original chicken with 4 large sides and biscuits. I pulled up to the window and paid, the lady who took my card (Keesha Williams) was so rude and then said pull forward while rolling her eyes. I pulled forward and waited 10 mins. Another KFC employee came out and said pull forward more… i asked how long it would be since the lady said it would 10 mins. The employee said it would be another 10 mins. I waited 35 more mins and they finally brought my food out. I drove home and items were missing.

Kentucky fried chicken is terrible. It is full of grease. Old grease at that and it’s not worth the money it taste awful, you can’t even taste the chicken taste that we are so use to tasting.
