I did a mobile order for a family meal that me and my girls were looking forward to eating. My 2 sides were coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy. When I picked up the order for a 530 pickup the order was already on the counter for pickup with the air-conditioning blowing down on the food. I had my daughter hold the bag stable on the way home and when I unpacked the food they didn’t put the gravy lid on, so there was gravy over everything. The French fries in the order were stone cold. When we called up to speak to the manager we talked to Dakota who seemed to have a terrible attitude. When we told her what happened she didn’t even seem apologetic at all. I would like to have the District Manager for this store contact me personally because this is no way to do business.

First time visiting this location. We ordered a 16 piece meal for a memorial service we attended. The establishment was very clean, our cashier was very pleasant, and our order was served in a timely manner. The food was hot & fresh, and was enjoyed by all.

So…I ordered a famous bowl…the one with gravy. It’s came with none in it. And then they tried to charge me almost $3 for a side of gravy…that I was missing and had already paid for. Get it together man. Staff looks strung out and like they haven’t showered in a month. Welcone to Davidson County kfc.

If I could give negative stars I would. Waited 45 min for tenders that they didn’t even have. Watched them drop chicken on the floor and put it back on this platter that isn’t even in a warmer and box it up and serve it to someone else. Unless you want food poisoning I would avoid this place at all costs.

NEVER AGAIN! We spent almost 60 dollars and was told they had NO chicken ready and we would have to wait 20-25 minutes which we were fine with but over an hour later we still had NOTHING! So we go in and ask and the cashier was rude and hateful saying it wasn’t ready and she couldn’t help it. She continuously rolled her eyes and was being completely disrespectful! Then she got an attitude bc SHE DIDNT EVEN KNOW HOW TO TAKE PAPER OUT OF THE RECIEPT MACHINE?! She didn’t put gloves on, slinging stuff around on the counter to the point I even asked if I could just come back there and do it myself!! I will not come back to this store. Period!

Staff was very rude. Left part of order off had to go back to pickup. Then Mgr said 2 of his employees saw them placed in bag. But he gave me the rest of my order and 2 apple pies. For my trouble after calling me a liar .Won’t be going back to Hwy 8 KFC. Plus the new chicken nuggets are awful wouldn’t recommend.
