Lucky I can’t give a 0 star! Soggy, Soggy, Soggy! I did do Doordash and I know what you are thinking… The delivery guy took too long.. No! We live 2 minutes away! Food arrived super fast, yet everything is cold, soggy, and the chicken sandwich is covered in pickles (which I requested to be removed). DO NOT EAT HERE! STRAIGHT GARBAGE AND IT SHOULD BE CLOSED! This was our 3rd attempt also. Their corporate office should be informed!

I’m not sure who’s to blame. Employees, management, or franchisees??? What kind of chicken restaurant runs out of chicken at 2pm??? Wanted chicken breast, they were out. Wanted chicken tenders, also out. Ordered 2 piece original with sides and a drink. Takeout, drive thru employee was really nice and apologized for the inconvenience. 5 stars for the employee working the window. 0 stars for whoever is in charge of cooking the chicken and deciding how much product to make.

Ordered almost the whole menu LOL and between my wife and I are it all too! Best hot sauce ANYWHERE and can’t explain why! Spicy chicken sandwich is FANTASTIC! Also got an eight piece bucket extra crispy and macaroni and cheese gravy fries chicken pot pie and biscuits. Great meal only one thing was missing they did forget to give us or drink with our combo but the food was all I WANTED anyway GREAT all around!

This place is trash. The workers are rude. They don’t listen to your order AT ALL. Never give you receipts to ensure your order was what you were charged for. Also they make you sit in the parking lot waiting for food up to 15 or 20 minutes EVERY SINGLE TIME! I will never buy lunch for my employees at this location again!!

I ordered extra crispy and was told that they had some left from the morning and it was 5:30pm. I ended up getting original recipe and it was the worst chicken. The employees were really trying but it seemed like they haven’t receive proper training. I think it’s a management problem.

Yeah my husband went to get the 8 piece meal. He asked for coleslaw and Mac and cheese…. Well we got the 8 piece but instead of Mac and cheese we got potatoes and gravy with the coleslaw. Then instead of the 4 biscuits we got 4 slider buns. WTH is up with this place? I’m going to call corporate and let them know about this
