Love this chicken place this is the best one to go to the one on Bessemer Ave all the rest is ok but this one is the best people around they are so nice and friendly to us I just love this one the best. And I live far away from here but I like it so I drive that far about 10 miles one way to get here to eat inside because they are so nice and sweet people and they got some good cookies here. Fine food and fund people great place to eat!!!

Went into the drive thru to order the $20 family meal and the cashier had informed us that we get three sides this was not the case and when confronted she stated that we asked for three sides when all we had stated was that we wanted a large side. She had then got agitated and confrontational with us throwing a fit about it. My brother being a manager himself did not take kindly to this and told her that her attitude was uncalled for and that a customer is always right. The cashiers name was Lamonique, I don’t care how bad of a day you are having but when being in the service industry you need to have a positive attitude. We weren’t asking for much we just wanted it to be clear that we only wanted 1 large side. Soon as we handed her the money she turned around to her coworkers and started to talk down on us and berate us. This was very uncalled for and made my experience here terrible. I would hope this behavior isn’t tolerated with all of the employees.

Just left this KFC and I am highly disappointed! My fiancé and I stopped to get food for us and our kids and the light skinned woman with freckles at the drive they window had an attitude and was very unpleasant. Our food order was all wrong. I asked for no pickles on my sandwich and got them. We asked for a little ice in our drinks and got a whole cup full!! One of my chicken little sandwiches had a chicken tender that was so hard it was not edible! Not to mention when we received our food we said “Thank you” and she said nothing. Just stared at us blankly. Even after sensing she had an attitude my fiancé still said “have a good day” as she was walking away and she rolled her eyes and didn’t even respond. I really don’t understand why she is even at work treating people like that. We will not be returning and she needs to take a vacation or quit!

Where do I start. Well let’s start with the fact that on New Year’s Eve they literally ran out of chicken. The woman taking orders said they had no chicken in the building. They also were out of liver. That’s nothing new. My parents enjoy liver so we call ahead to make sure they have them. Someone got it wrong that day because they didn’t have anything.

Ugh! To the drive-thru when was told to pull forward waited 15 minutes for food. Then we got it there was a bag of fries we ordered for but all the fries were out of the packaging at the bottom of the package was the container of green beans. The people are rude the food is way greasier than it should be and I wouldn’t go here if I was starving.
