Employees honestly don’t care to do their job correctly. They seem to be unable to read the order properly when placing delivery orders and take out. The printed tickets on the every item reads correct for what we ordered however this location just cannot get it right. Everytime I have ordered, be it drive thru or delivery, there will always be missing items. Honestly if you want KFC go to battleground location or Bojangles. This location is the bottom of the barrel of any location I’ve ordered from. If you’re looking for a decent meal for the amount of money you will pay, don’t come here.

Just being honest about restaurant’s in Greensboro NC they are all going down hill do too bad attitudes,very high price’s and very poor quality food portions ! And not to mention that the restaurant worker’s give attitude either way the worker’s in about every restaurant on randleman road in Greensboro NC are down right disrespectful and don’t care about the coustomer’s they just don’t pay attention and are in a rush to get a coustomer out of their way and they roll their eyes and give disrespectful eye contact to a coustomer when the coustomer’s are being very kind I’ve seen it happen time and time again in Greensboro NC. I’m being totally honest with everybody Greensboro NC is a disrespectful town altogether it don’t matter where you go in this troublesome town that’s why the restaurant’s are so bad ! I have found hair in my food from several restaurants in Greensboro NC and undone meat and when I went to Mrs winners on randleman road in Greensboro NC I was wanting to order some chicken but I politely asked to see what the fried chicken looked like before I bought it and the lady I spoke walked to the other side of the room behind the counter to whisper to another Mrs winners employee about why I wanted to see the fried chicken before I tried to buy it I just wanted to be sure I’m not buying poor portions I’m not a guy that will get ripped off by a restaurant in Greensboro NC or take attitude from a disrespectful employee at a restaurant in Greensboro NC or anywhere ! But later I took a look at the Mrs winners website and saw that a coustomer ordered chicken and it was still raw I’m so happy I didn’t order any chicken from Mrs winners on randleman road in Greensboro NC and they have a serious attitude problem but it seems like the boss’s don’t even care cause if I was their boss they would be a former Mrs winners employee automatically for treating coustomer’s with disrespect ! I believe in handling things in a necessary way to make the coustomer’s happy and comfortable !

Very Rude staff. Our orders the past 4xs have always been missing many items. They never bother to answer phones. Food is usually hard and over cooked or under cooked. We will not be coming back here again. Do not recommend at all.

if I could give no stars I would. I Spent over $70 to get home and the food to be wrong and not enought to feed my family that just came in from out of town. When I called and told them my order was wrong I was place on hold and then told they said they packed it right. But yet u was getting into the same employees for not putting biscuits in the boxes. Ended up having to go back out to another chicken place to buy more food because I was pretty much told I was a lying. Be the last time I go to KFC!!!!

We stopped by the drive thru for a quick dinner. The lady taking the order informed us that the hot wings would take ten minutes to cook and assured us that it would be worth it if we could wait. Fast food places are NEVER transparent about wait times so I applaud the young lady for providing us facts and letting us decide what we wanted to do based on those facts. If this were a common occurrence then it would probably eliminate most of the drama that people witness in fast food restaurants. We waited the ten minutes and I was pleasantly surprised by the wings and the new fries that are on the menu. Job well done; Keep up the great work!

The management at this Kentucky fried chicken in Greensboro NC is very polite and friendly, they were very efficient and kept a great pace. The neighborhood isn’t exactly sparkling and cheery but the chicken and biscuits were fresh and delicious. I’ll be back again next time.
