On the way home from Raleigh we figured this kfc would be way better than stopping in Rocky Mount… completely WRONG!! the manager was training a new girl. I guess he had never took a order before?? He seemed very lost… we ordered 3 meals paid $32.00 to only have received 2 meals. Went back, and the manager looked dumb founded!! We finally got the order, once we opened the box it was still wrong, no sides and instead of a wing and a leg in this order we received two breast. Not sure what was going on there, it was a bunch of people working, and looked as if the manager was the only one doing anything!! We won’t be back.

Horrible! Don’t go to this one. Everything is over cooked, including the mac & cheese (how?). Biscuits are hockey pucks and they add longer pieces of lettuce to the coleslaw. You have to peel the skin off to eat the chicken. That’s not KFC.

We tried them after they remodeled and it was a bad experience. The chicken wasn’t crispy and there’s wasn’t a single breast in the 8pc bucket. They forgot the gravy for the mashed potatoes and the sauces for the kid’s food.

Went through Drive Through, took about 10 minutes for them to actually get to our order. Then they only had original, not extra crispy. They said it would be another 30 minutes if I wanted that. Took another 10 minutes to get our food, which was cold.
