I pulled up to this place at 8pm and the front doors were closed. So I went to the drive thru. Not having eaten at a KFC in at least a decade, I had questions about the menu. The was very rude answering me. I ordered without having my questions completely answered. Then when I pulled around to the window, I mentioned that she didn’t have to be rude, as I had told her I was new and didn’t know the menu. She immediately asked me if I want to speak to the manager, and I responded no, that I just wanted my food and a receipt. She called another person over (apparently not the manager). She asked me what the problem was, and I politely told her the same thing I told the first girl. Then she called the actual manager, despite me not asking for this. The manager came over and asked me again what the problem was, and once again I politely told her the same thing, that the girl was rude when I asked questions about the menu. She said, what do you want me to do about it, and I said just give me my food and a receipt. I was told to pull around to the front. The food came out, she gave it to me and left, but when I inspected the bag, I saw no receipt. So I pulled around again and asked for the receipt. When she gave it to me I asked her name. She asked me why I wanted it, and I responded “to complain about my experience”. She just closed the window and refused. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! And now I want to speak to the franchise owner or district manager.

With workers inside the store, I went around the building and pulled up to the drive thru twice. nobody talked. this was an hour before closing. this was an UberEats order. if they were going to close early, should’ve turned off the system

Quite possibly the worst KFC in the triangle. Dining room bounces around between closed and open. Order is correct occasionally…quality of chicken varies. Forget about any kind of customer service. They look like they hate their customers.

Terrible experience here I was a regular up until last Friday, I understand sometimes you can get charged for extra sauce if asking for too many, I got a 2piece, asked for 2 sauce an got attitude cause I questioned why sauce is 40 cent a piece for a lil container…best believe I will not be returning
