Won’t lie since I moved to NC I’ve gotten use to bad service. From fast food to dine in it’s typically always bad service with rude employees which is odd for me because I really don’t care about if things get messed up. I expect less after living in other countries with amazing service. That being said I was very pleased with this location and experience. My meal was correct which most places it’s not. I believe the manager informed me an item would take 3/5min and offered me something else which was fine but I took the offer. The kind lady who took my payment was friendly and had colorful hair which I though was different but bold and I liked it. Great group of employees from my experience.

Food just doesn’t taste as good as it used to. Was in Drive through and sat there for the longest time waiting for the food to be brought to us, and then the man was very curt with us when he brought it like we were bothering him.

0 stars! I waited in drive-thru for a simple 2pc meal. They Made a mistake on my order I had to walk inside to correct it and took a piece of chicken our to show them the error and the employee Ogilbe told the lady to take the chicken out and replace it even tho I touched it with my bare hands wearing my hospital scrubs on.

It’s really important to have people taking your order to get it right, the first time! Otherwise, you have to put someone on the spot! Especially, when it comes to adding and subtracting money! If your cashier can’t pass a simple math test. Say, 10 or 11 grades. You need to say next!! I don’t appreciate young people giving the wrong change back. I won’t want to come back and will let friends know not to trust that particular KFC!!!!

Ordered food this evening. No receipt in the bag. No fries were available, which was in my order, and was given only coleslaw and no other choices. Instead of the four biscuits in the meal package, given for Steele sandwich buns. All lights in the drive-through were turned off even though they were still open for another 20 minutes.And finally the chicken itself was over cooked, and chewy, since it obviously been under a heat lamp for quite a while. Threw the food away. Overall, a very bad experience.
