Nice staff and got the Double Down. I was the only one in line and had to wait around the other side for food. Fries were ok but a bit stale. Mountain Dew was good. The sandwich was a bit rough. It was under seasoned and couldn’t stay together. I miss the older version because this new one doesn’t seem as strong.

The food at the KFC was delicious tonight. The temperature of the food was good, the taste resolved the hunger. A big shout-out to the guy that was in drive thru. He had great recommendations and did not hesitate when I asked questions. I like to have a person that knows their job(knowledgeable)and don’t mind helping. The name on the receipt was Donald P. If this was the 1st time I would probably just let it go. The KFC on my side of town (fairview) closed down permanently for some reason. The KFC 301 Rocky Mount location is the one I’m reviewing. I actually eat here alot so I’m hoping this review will help this group tighten up some. On night last week I came I’m around 7pm… had to wait 25 minutes… no white meat chicken in regular or extra crispy…

Was a good experience overall, but they forgot 2 items in the order. We got a chicken box and tenders meal and 3 sides. Most of the chicken was good, there was 2 pieces of chicken that were dried up, but most were juicy.
