Dropped into half the new BBQ chicken sandwich of course it never looks like it does on TV and I wanted to upgrade my sandwich with lettuce tomatoes onions was told repeatedly no we cannot do that I even said but I’m willing to pay extra for those items… Nope not willing to do that would have been a higher score in service if that young man had done such.

All i wanted was some wings…so i asked the cashier how do they sell their wings and he goes on talking about a 2 piece meal…i tell him to ask the manager instead he asks someone else who didn’t know …the girl in drive thru says the 9 piece for 13.99 is our special so i just walked out! If you dont how much something costs or how its sold ask a manager or someone that knows dont keep giving people dumb answers…thats how you lose customers

Look, I really try not to keep a negative review most times. However this is the 3rd time visiting and I must say I can not in good conscience bring myself back. First the service at the drive thru is horrible. Not friendly, last visit the staff simply said can’t take your order and never responded afterwards. Drove to the window to see if they were still open “3:30” on friday evening. Met by young man who said have to come in to place order. As we parked the very next car placed order at the window and was served. Walked in and the next young person didn’t know how to ring up the food and the next still got order incorrect after I explained several times. Lastly the mash potatoes were sour and the chicken severely undercooked. No manager in sight when returned. Took the lost and just said would never go back…. But will let others know whether you had a good experience or like mine wow. The KFC chain needs to visit unannounced and see this first hand….. This doesn’t make good sense…$23.00 gone to waste..

Can’t get an order right. I ordered 3 piece dinner with 2 sides. Mashed potatoes and Cole slaw with 2 breast and a wing crispy. Also a large side of Cole slaw. I got a 2 piece dark and a 3 piece dark 2 sides of mashed potatoes and no Cole slaw. Crazy. How can they get all of this wrong. Can they read and speak English.

Went back again 6/12/23. I was hoping they had changed. They were worse! I ordered original and received extra crispy! The staff was very lazy. The food was horrible! One of the 2 orders was supposed to be all white, but one of the pieces was a drumstick which is dark meat. The lemonade tasted like water! A TOTAL WASTE OF $28! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS KFC! DISGUSTING!!!!!

PLEASE BRING BACK MS. RICKS!!! I have zero positive comments for this restaurant, the prices are entirely too high for the quality and amount of product received. Basically, noone here cares, and it shows in the professionalism and the food. I only rated it a One Star so I could get this review out there to help other people.
