My crunchy tacos were soggy. What happen to the Nachos Belgrande, it’s like 1/3 the size now, and then they had sour cream, which I dislike, had to take it back, and she was not happy cause she made it wrong & had to remake it right.

I come almost every day during my lunch break and I always get great service and food ! Today was my worst experience. I was pulled down for 25mins after no one came to the car I went inside only to be addressed by a very rude lady I assume she was a manager! She so rude ! Another guy that was pulled down came in also bc he had been waiting outside for ever also. After waiting 15mins inside I finally got my bag threw at me by that manager ! I will be contacting corporate she makes kfc look extremely bad!

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had coming to a fast food restaurant. I came through the drivethru yesterday and has addressed in an extremely disrespectful manner by the manger on duty. He was cutting me off and speaking over me. All because I asked him for a refund because my order was wrong. Don’t waste your time or money coming to this dump.

It’s a taco bell and KFC, and we ordered taco bell. It’s pretty dirty (we cleaned our table with wet naps, and taco bell barely puts meat in their tacos anymore. Poor drink choices, (mostly variations of mountain dew) but, it is what it is.

Originally I posted “The line is always extremely long. I image the workers are overworked. Most of the time they’re friendly, hence the 2 stars.” I would have been 0 if google had if allowed. A few hours after eating the small portion of the food I began to experience symptoms of food poisoning…. hence the now 1 star.Let’s just say it’s been a rough night. If you look at the pic below, this is the thigh someone had the audacity to put in my 2 pc. It was dried out on one side, the other side had undercooked breading…it was weird The Chicken pot pie was so old the potatoes turned to mashed potatoes in the pie. I Called and advised of the quality of food and I was told to bring the food back. After I advised I couldn’t come till tomorrow, Ms Shirley told me ” Then bring the food back tomorrow and we’ll replace it or give you a refund.” As she was ending the call was I pointed out the fact that there was no apology or acknowledgment of my inconvenience. She proceeded by advising me twice that she was still listening to the complaint…Which was actually very short…I got extremely quiet as she was ending the call again. I then said” y’all hear thisYall are recording this right?” … Out of fear that she was being recorded she then apologized… I wonder how many other customers got sick last night. I wonder if Ms Shirley even bothered to throw away the pot pies because they were old.

Got my order and proceeded to work, ended up with 3 pieces of chicken instead of a 4 pc combo with sides. Called them and wanted a refund, instead they offered to give me the right order after admitting they gave me the wrong bag. I did not have time to go back to KFC after arriving at work.
