This was one of the worst ordering experiences I have had in years. I was pressured into ordering, then I was handed off three times during the ordering process. Somehow, changing my order required a manager’s approval ♂️ and they still got it all wrong. The food itself was good. But I ordered dine in (after being asked) and the just gat a bag of food ♂️

Customer service was very poor. Order was incorrect and then the manager Austin stated there was nothing they could do because they were about to close. That is unacceptable, the customer should be able to get what they pay for.

Went through the drive thru, and the young cashier dropped my receipt in the bag and kept my card, so I drove around and went inside to get it. There were 3 or four workers looking at it, and a couple of them had their cell phones out . I went home and looked at my account, and sure enough with in a minute of when I used my card, another order had been rang up on it . I went back to the store, and the manager acted like it was no big deal .The cashier did come up and say it was used for another order like it was no big deal, which is against the law, but the manager didn’t care . After I told the manager what the bank had said, he offered to pay my back for the order if I wanted to reactavate my card. Why would I when I had no clue if his workers had took a picture of my card with their phones or not . I know they don’t care because I’m just one person, but I won’t be going back there again .

Ordered thru the app. Got a 8 piece family meal and the 8 piece with 8 tenders family meal. They forgot all the sides and biscuits on the 8 piece meal. Forgot all 4 of the dipping sauces and gravy on the other. And the size of the chicken has gotten terrible. The legs are so small they get over cooked now. I posted 2 pics of a wing. One for the size, and one showing the crispyness. So dry it was tossed with the nasty biscuits.

Not fitting eat at all, the food was dry(had to drink water to get it down) it’s like the food been sitting under the heat lamp for hours, they raised the prices and it don’t even feed my family of 5 up and I called to report it and they didn’t pick up the phone

The staff tries their best and is friendly despite the crowds and shortage on help. I thank God they are there putting in the work to make sure that our locals that need food in a pinch is ready to go and available when needed. Thank yall!!!

As I said on my other post this was a horrible experience looks like they fed a pigeon instead of chicken biscuits or hard and not buttery or was hard and dry. Maybe this is a PETA where they should go and check those companies they are sourcing the chicken from. We are not keen on eating baby “chickens”, if that’s what they were.
