What had happened to this once great chain with the chicken? Ordered a 12 piece meal, half original, half crispy. Didn’t get any thighs, the crispy was way overcooked, the original was disappointing too. Was shorted two pieces of chicken. Service was friendly….. So disappointing to pay over $40 for a meal and the best part was the sides. At one time this chain never came up short.

1st time using quick pick up they got my order all wrong they forgot to put chicken wing in box no gravy on potatoes and messed up another order as well. Lady was rude at window pick up prices gone up portions of food gotten smaller

I ordered 2 famous bowl combos.. paid 17 bucks.. when the door dash driver delivered my food, I had only 2 famous bowls.. no drinks no cookies no fries.. When I caughtthe driver before he pulled out he said ok and just pulled away. I’ve called this restaurant for the last 2 days to only hear that the line is busy. For 2 DAYS.. INCONVENIENCE AT ITS BEST….
