Last time I went down there she wouldn’t wait on me. She told her fellow employee that she will take orders from 5 more cars before she would take my order. There was two other customers standing in line behind me.i had been standing in line for 20 minutes. I left and am not going back. And that ain’t the first time that happened. And she was in charge of the shift. It looks like the employees run KFC not KPC. So take my advice and go to a restaurant that the owners run and not employees who think they have the right to choose who they serve and don’t serve. I have seen this before in KFC restaurants and they have closed there doors because of the attitude of there employees.

It was about 20 minutes before closing and they said they were out of fries. She said I could wait on fries and when I asked how long she said 20 minutes. Fries have never taken that long anywhere I’ve ever been but I just ordered a Pepsi. When I got to the window the Pepsi was ready and sitting at the window and I had to sit there for three minute waiting on her to take my money and give me my drink and when she finally did she was very rude. The cat in front of me was also told they didn’t have what she wanted at the speaker and they left without anything.

Pictures say it all. Haven’t been to KFC in months cause of bad food. Ex.. Hair in food, chicken burnt and hard. I give them another chance and what do I get?? A fly in the potatoes. This was at 8:14pm and I almost lost my lunch. Called the District Manager and he offers to replace my food. REALLY???? You really think I wanted more food from there. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. I didn’t want to give them 1 star.

The service at this store is not consistent. There are days the staff members are polite and respectful. There are days they are ratchet, slow, and act as though they hate their jobs. The most disconcerting part of the experiences, I am uncertain as to whether I want to eat the food.
