Employees were taking the bathroom up. Waited 10 min just for one of the employees to ignore us and cut in front of us. Then when we said something she laughed. We went to order food after that and they purposely messed our order up and made us wait over 30 min with children. As we watch ppl get food that were there after us.

Arrived in the drive thru at 948pm. The truck in front of me waited several minutes only to told “We are closed” I pulled up to the drive thru at 952pm and no one answered, I then drove to the pickup window. The worker stated we are closed and the food has been put up. The “alleged” manager echoed the worker by clarifying “I mean, we want to go home too” The problem is they close at 10pm. This was my last stop before driving 1.5 hours, KFC Wadesboro plan to go home at 1030pm everyday to ensure you adhere to the posted hours. I’m sure the Colonel himself would agree.

Ordered two thighs and fries, they were over cooked, and looked about the size of a pigeons thighs. Very sad. Fries were cold. Not a good experience. My wife ordered a thigh and a leg, the leg looked like it was from a baby chic. Put that with the thigh from the pigeon. So not impressed…

I know KFC chicken. Had it many times before and their chicken was NOT KFC recipe chicken. I ordered the original, expect that famous coating and flavor and what I got was chicken in skin. Very little in flavor. I would not come back

There was a total of 4 people working. Young man working front cash register was awesome. He was doing register and prepping food. Two other gentlemen couldn’t get off their phones long enough to help anyone. Glass of drink got spilled and we informed them and it took them 30 minutes to clean it up. My family had to tell other customers to be careful so they wouldn’t fall on spilled drink. Manager was there but she was having to work so hard she couldn’t pay attention to gentlemen who were playing on phones instead of helping paying customers.
