Maybe a sign of the times: Short staff. Came inside to order. When 2 staffers left, and their replacements weren’t there, told to go to drive thru. Then (in true Monday on a Friday fashion) registers had problem so we were asked to come back in. Once order finally in, food came up fast. Corporate, please get some help for these fine folks. You guys did well for the situation at hand. Glad no Karens were around.

Placed a Family Deal mobile order on Father’s Day. Arrived 5 minutes after pickup. No customers in DR or drive thru. They had not started getting order ready. We ordered extra crispy. I was told it would be 30 min to an hour and need to cancel the order. I said “no you’re not. This is our FD dinner. Do you have original recipes chicken.” Then, we had ordered sweet tea and was told they didn’t have any of that either. We settled for lemonade. Three workers that didn’t seem to want to work.

Service was HORRIBLE! Drive thru worker didn’t know what they had on menu, neither did the manager or the GM manager! I’ve been getting the same order for YEAR’S when I go to KFC so I know they have what I order. However, bc this particular worker didn’t know caused the manager to intervene ( however she didn’t know either). Of course once I seen my simple order was a lost cause I decided to just get something else. ( Kid yu all not there was silence for at least a minute) when out of NOWHERE the General Manager comes over the intercom with ATTITUDE in her voice, speaking loudly, very rude, just her tone alone was pure disrespectful while speaking to anyone especially a customer. Wow! I pulled off at that point. Because if she’s the Leader over the Lead/Manager I can’t imagine how the workers are with customers! I refuse to spend my earned money only to be spoken to like I’m chewed gum stuck to the bottom of her shoe…. No thank you. KFC on North Tryon street General Manager 2nd shift and Manager have zero respect towards customers. I’ve honestly not once been spoken to by General Management like that. I’m sure I’m not her 1st victim and I won’t be her last….

I believe this whole place needs a remodel, the food was great and crisp and very well done! I was happy with it, and definitely would like to come again, but the place could use a upgrade and more staff! Other than that. The people and food were great!

I would choose 0 star if I had that option. Made a mobile order that mentioned I can pickup at 1:36pm. Arrived at 1:43 and waited there for more than 25 min. Checked staff a couple of times and they just said they are busy and there is nothing they can do. Finally a man like the manger asked me impolitely if I want the food or not, he is not going to waste time on me. Wait! I am the one who stood there for about 30min and only “bother” them for less than two minutes, isn’t it?

Really bad experience. They don’t even know how to give a good service. The guy taking the orders doesn’t make sure to understand the complete order, he didn’t even say anything, and then in the window, the order is incomplete and he just said, I didn’t listen, you have to make the line again. Never going to kfc again. They’re always dirty and a homeless hang out. Past few times I’ve eaten it my stomach hurt. Lastly, I literally only got a 2pc wing and biscuit and it was $8! Are they serious?!? No combo. No drink. They assured me that was the price. I don’t pay that much for whole combos and better food elsewhere! Never again!
