Very disappointed with my 16 piece family meal last night. The chicken wasn’t fresh at all. They forgot to put my large fry in the bag so I had to come back out for that. The skin on the chicken was peeling off every piece. I spent $50 and should’ve received a fresh meal. I will take my money to Popeyes the next time. Do better KFC!!

I ordered 2 chicken pot pies and they were as dry as could be. I took them back and opened one of them up prior to leaving and it was so dry. The manager was nice and replaced it with chicken. I will not return.

Went to order dinner. Pulled up to the drive-thru and saw that they had livers and gizzards as an option. Was super excited. Ordered the livers with two sides and a biscuit. They came fresh out of the oil, they were cooked perfectly and I was beyond impressed! Not too many KFCs still carry or sell fried livers and or gizzards. Going back to try the fried gizzards. Staff was pleasant!
