Ordered an extra side of mac and cheese with a 2pc order. Got all the way home to give the food to my daughter to be told there’s no mac and cheese in the box/bag (she wasnted that and mashed potatoes). I attempted to call 3x on my way back to the restaurant, no success. I know they not that busy. I pull up to the window and say “you forgot the mac and cheese”. There was no apology then and no apology when they handed me the missing food. In my head… I’m like where is customer service???? If this was my store or employees, an apology would have been given and an extra piece of chicken for the inconvenience. I wasted time and gas, coming back. Neither which can be replaced.

We just got 2 famous bowls and there is hardly any potatoes in the bowl at all! There is more corn than potatoes! And the employees were very rude and distracted joking around with each other while we were at the window.

When you want to vote your money and have a hard time, go to this KFC and I assure you it will ruin your day. Rude and inattentive employees with their customers, undercooked food, super heavy manager and is as unpleasant as her employees to receive any complaints. definitely this restaurant should completely replace its staff. So I ordered 24 Tennessee Hot wings…I must say they were the worst chicken wings I’ve ever had from KFC, usually I order either the plain hot wings or the honey bbq. But these Tennessee wings are disgusting and saturated with oil…you can see from the bag how oily they were from the photo, I only could manage to eat 3 out of 24. I am not happy at all and wish I could get a refund or exchange for the honey bbq.
