Don’t come during night time on 06/03 I came around 10:05 and they don’t close till 11 they weren’t taking orders drove around and seen workers with their backs towards the drive thru window on their phones some workers outside chatting and the drive thru line wrapping around the building workers would open door and look at the line and laugh so I decided to come inside and was ignored till I’m assuming the manager told a worker to take my order and the worker was obviously high his eyes where bloody red unless this kfc permits workers to be working with terrible case of pink eye.

Absolutely disgusting for real. The spicy chicken sauce had so much sauce on it both of my buns were completely soggy it was disgusting. I’m really getting sick of the food here it’s disgusting all around this area it’s actually depressing how gross the food is out here. I cook a lot at home and sometimes I would like to enjoy a good meal that I don’t don’t to cook and anytime and everytime I go to get food in this area it’s disgusting, over dressed or no dressing, hard fatty meats or chicken patty. People need to step up the food game in this area it’s not even edible half of the time. It’s like a toddler is preparing these meals I’m just keeping it real that’s how low quality the service and overall food experience is here.

I’ve always loved KFC, but this last visit, I wasn’t as impressed. The fried was good, but it seemed to be greaser than I remember and not as tasty. Mashed potatoes are the wife’s favorite item, and I do like that as well, especially when you mixed the fried chicken with it, yummy!

Wish I read the recent reviews before coming. Decided to try KFC since we hadn’t had it in so long. Went to order at the drive thru and ordered 8 pieces of chicken and 8 tender fill up family meal I saw on their website. Once I got to the cashier, I verified my order because the price she told me didn’t match the website. Come to find out, she rung me up a whole different meal. When I questioned her about the order, she asked someone else about it and they both came to the conclusion that they didn’t know what I was talking about. I kept trying to explain that it was 8 pieces of chicken and 8 tenders. Cashier just looked confused and just kept saying “so 8” over and over like she couldn’t comprehend English or add that 8 plus 8 is 16. It was a wasteful effort on my part to get her to understand. Won’t be coming back.

The food was okay, but the service was -5 stars! The lady at the window was rude and disrespectful. She cut everyone off while they were ordering their food. She was rolling her eyes and acting as if she did not want to be there. I will NOT be returning!

Eeeeeewwwh! We were in a rush tonight and decided to grab some chicken on the way home. We usually go to Bojangles, but someone in the family made the mistake of suggesting KFC since we haven’t had it in a long time. The coating wasn’t even cooked on the chicken. I understand it’s Covid times and y’all are struggling for help, but you have a lot of nerve charging $35 for this mess. At least have one expeditor that oversees what is cooked and goes out to the customer. That’s one sorry bucket of chicken. Colonel Sanders would be rolling over. Next time my money will go to Bojangles.

DIDN’T get the mashed potatoes & gravy that goes with the meal… I did get the green beans that I payed extra for. The Chicken Pot pie, was nothing but air and crust. NO CONTENTS of chicken, veggies, etc… just crust!
