Placed order through drive thru. Asked to repeat my order multiple times, they still got it wrong. When I pulled up to window, I wasn’t spoken to or addressed by person standing by window for 6 or 7 minutes. Was then asked what I ordered to drink and left again for another 10 minutes. Then they asked me for money and was left again for a few minutes for them to go get change and was still handed nickels in the place of quarters. Then when we received our food it was wrong. When I politely told them it was wrong I was scoffed at by the manager, then asked to pull forward and wait for my food. Waited another 6 or 7 minutes. All we ordered was chicken nuggets combo and a chicken sandwich combo. The food was somewhat under cooked. The soda the best tasting thing we had.. This particular KFC is consistently bad lately.

Took a long time to get service. I went through drive thru then the girl kept telling me to wait. Then told me to drive to the window. Went to the window and noone was there. Drove around and parked and went inside. Only 2 teen employees and a manager. After ordering I waited and the mgr came over and said baby what did you order? I gave her my receipt and she took it took it to the back. It took 20 minutes from the time she took my receipt to get my food. Btw the got a 90.0 health dept grade.

I did order pick up. I went inside to get it. There were 3 workers at the time. None of them acknowledge me. One of them was working the drive thru, the other one was on their phone, and the third one was making the food. They saw me and still didn’t acknowledge me. I saw my bag with my name, but I don’t like just picking it up. They don’t know I’m the right person picking it up. Anyone could just pick it up and go. Not the best customer service.

I ordered online. The wait was 20 minutes. I waited when I go to get the order inside was locked and it wasn’t ready. I waited a little bit longer. When the woman handed me the food she shut the window and walked away I tried to get her attention and ended having to go back around and wait in the drive thru to get the rest of my order. Total almost 40 minutes waiting. The cashier was really rude.
