Bad experience. Waited 25+ minutes for 8 piece chicken meal at the drive-thru. Paid at 6:17pm. The 1st & 2nd car AFTER us got food before us. People with a 12piece meal got their order when walking inside. I got a refund at 6:55pm this evening. We came home and made food quicker. The management of this location definitely needs some help, retraining or working equipment!!!! No one knew what happening or what the other was doing??????? Crazy situation and sad. You specialize in chicken but no chicken made, don’t tell customers you ran out of chicken, nor make the orders in sequence they are ordered – this is a no-brainer!!!!!

Went for lunch. When ordered we were told we had a 10 minute wait for extra crispy. A chicken place out of chicken…WHAT??? 15 minutes later we were told they had original recipe but would have to wait ANOTHER 13 minutes for extra crispy. We got a refund and left. This is the second bad experience we’ve had in as many visits. We WILL NOT be going back! Management needs to rework their game plan.

The mgr. was a very rude girl at 10.00 am this morning,told me what an inconvenience i was to have to ring my order over and that i should have done it on line before i got to her store,called the rest.mgr at 4.00 and she didnt really act like she cared,anyhow people you get the message and the tenders were hard and rubbery,8 peice tender,20.00, order online for 10.00 so you figure it out, CONOEL SANDERS WOULD ROLL OVER IN HIS GRAVE,GOOD JOB LENOIR,DUMP OF THE YEAR SO FAR FOR ME AND I GO OUT PLENTY

Good tater bowls if u leave the cheese offn it. The chicken has gotten better as I think they quit going against what the Colonel learned them. Plus it took awhile after Breedens changed over and the chicken quality went down during the changeover.

The lady at the counter lied through her tooth when she told me that I couldn’t order an 8 piece with all drumsticks (legs) I was willing to pay whatever the price it was for the special request!!! My wife and two daughters only eat the drumsticks! The KFC in Hudson has let me order this that way and did not charge me anymore than what an 8 pc all dark would cost. I’m sure the colonel has turned over in his grave because of the way you’ve ran this KFC into the ground! One star and will never be back!! I’ll go to the other five chicken restaurants that Lenior offers!
